我的電腦壞了，當然要積極處理。

雖然積極，但是一個禮拜過去了都還沒有處理好，
自己遇到鬼打牆電話客服也沒輒，
只好整理好所有的資料細節，
拜託當地朋友幫我打電話囉，好在第二個禮拜的嘗試是成功的。
信件內容如下：
Hello, Tim,
I'm Rebecca.
I have to thank you first, I have to bother you.
My laptop's details are following:
product: HP mini 2133
S/N:
P/N:
warranty 1 year
I bought it at the middle of August this year.
It stopped working when I was using it.
I turned it off and tried to turned it on again, but it didn't work.
I had tried to do something as the direction on the HP website,
it still be blank when I turned it on so that I couldn't see anything
still less BIOS.
I think the motherboard at my laptop is broken.
I heard some users who use the same laptop have the same problem.
After using the laptop over three months,
they found their computers were broken!
The problem was caused by the motherboard.
Tips:
1. I upgraded the RAM from 1GB to 2GB.
2. I don't want to format my harddisk.
I saved every thing on it.
3. I used Skype talking to my father, my father couldn't hear my voice
clearly. I think the mic also have some thing wrong.
4. Sometimes the keyboard and touchboard couldn't work
before it was broken.
5. Do I need to charge for fixing it?

後來在電話裡，Tim 按照對方簡易步驟維修之後依然無效，
對方說要派人來 pick up 電腦，叫我們等個幾天，
後來 HP 的人打電話來了，說他到我們家了，
沒想到他問我要把電腦接走修好送回來還是直接在我家修！
當然要他在我家修囉！
(背包客棧的包友電腦被收走一個多禮拜耶，還沒被送回來。)
他邊修我邊和他聊天囉。
我問他這是他修過第幾台有一樣問題的電腦，
他說這是第三台，
我跟他說是主機板問題，他說所以換過主機板就好了；
他問我電腦壞多久了，我說三週，他問我為什麼等那麼久，
我說電話客服很難搞，他說我打電話，打到印度尼西亞去了；
他問我電腦哪裡買的，我說台灣，他問我有沒有問台灣客服，
我說我寫信給台灣客服，台灣客服叫我找澳洲客服處理，
他說他們都這樣，責任歸屬很清楚，只好這裡處理；
我跟他說網路上一大堆人這台電腦都有一樣的問題，
他說這台漂亮是漂亮，但是就是容易燒掉，唉！
修好之後他開機試試，成功開機了，他感嘆作業系統竟然是 XP，
我跟他說內建的 Linux 我不會安裝軟體，所以放棄自己安裝 Windows，
而且那時候還向別人借外接式光碟機，
本來擔心修好之後要重灌，那就太麻煩了。
他說主機板換好就沒問題了，不用擔心。
雖然在打電話客服那時候遇到很大的阻礙，
可是修理的部分很迅速，維修人員也很好，
我永遠記得電腦修好那天是 24th of Decmber 2008，
這真是一個最貼心的聖誕禮物了！
而且不知道是不是錯覺，我覺得電腦的開機速度變快很多耶，真高興。
我又可以順手的使用自己電腦更新網誌囉。
